Do I need to be a member to host a function at Breezy Bend?

No you do not, our banquet facility is open to the public

Does hosting a function allow me access to the golf course?

The golf course is accessible to members only.

Does the club require a deposit?

Yes, the deposit required is $1000, that which is applied to the cost of your function. The deposit may be paid by credit card, cheque or cash. This deposit is non-refundable and forfeit in the event of Damage to or loss of club property or equipment.

Am I able to bring in my own food?

No, you may not. All food items must be provided by Breezy Bend Country Club with the exception of the wedding cake, however A LICENCED VENDOR MUST HAVE PROVIDED THE CAKE.

What is the capacity of the room?

The banquet hall will accommodate 200 guests.

Does the club provide music services?

Yes, our in house music service is supplied by Crystal Sound. We also have live music contacts if you are interested.

Am I allowed to hold the ceremony at the club?

Yes, you may. Ceremonies may be held indoors or outdoors, with the cost being that of chair rental, set up and tear down.

Does the club provide any set up or decoration services?

As we are a private country club we prefer all decoration services to be booked through the club. Our decorating packages are reasonably priced and are designed to your own personal taste. All necessary linens and skirting are provided with the room. You may choose ivory or white tablecloths with a variety of napkin colors.

Do I need to pay room rent?

No, the club does not charge a room rent when food service has been ordered.

Am I allowed to use the golf course for pictures?

Yes, however there are strict guidelines.
